We want you to be completely satisfied with your maker gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Raspberry Pi boards, HATs, and electronic components. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Request an RMA

Log into your account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the specific hardware you wish to return.

Package Your Gear

Carefully pack the items in anti-static bags and their original retail boxes to prevent damage to sensitive CMOS or GPIO pins during transit.

Ship the Package

Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship it to our technical processing center using a tracked shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once our engineers verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
